Bookings and Enquiries
Whether you are making an enquiry or booking an appointment, details of your cat’s age, breed, size, temperament and coat condition will be required for me to provide an initial estimate for your grooming appointment.
I aim to answer all booking enquiries with an estimated cost, via email, within 24 hours of receiving it.
Once a grooming appointment has been offered, this space will be held for 24 hours. By confirming the appointment with DreamCATcher Grooming you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions.
Contact Form
All information provided within the Contact Form will be held securely and will only be used for the purpose of providing a professional and comfortable grooming experience for you and your cat. No information will be shared or passed on to third parties.
At the end of your appointment, I will recommend a date for the next groom that I think suits your cat. If you choose to book after this recommended date, a pre-groom consultation will be required.

Travel Expenses
I charge a home visit fee of £20 and a mileage fee will be discussed at the time of the enquiry. This is additional to the cost of the grooming service.
